Oral Presentation Guidelines
Schedule
Oral presentations are allotted 15 minutes maximum. Questions from the audience are reserved for a question and answer panel on stage which includes all speakers in your presentation block. Blocks with 4+ speakers will have a 15 minute Q&A.
Please remain on time. This format relies on adherence to the timeline and speedy transitions between presentations. You will have much time to discuss your work and additional thoughts during the Q&A. This ensures easy transitions during presentations.
In-Person Poster Presenter Specifications
- All posters are expected to be posted at their specific site by the start of sessions.
- Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the poster sessions.
- Poster location assignments will be made by the start of the conference. Presenters should check at the setup desk for their assigned location.
